Jessica Adamo

Jessica Adamo is a senior healthcare expert with more than 20 years of experience serving older adults and their families across South Florida and the New York metropolitan area. Born and raised in South Florida, she spent a significant portion of her career in New York City, holding leadership roles in both senior living and private-duty home care.

Her background includes over 10 years in senior living communities throughout South Florida and Manhattan, as well as 12 years in private-duty home care, where she provided regional leadership across all five New York City boroughs, Westchester County, and Long Island. Jessica has extensive expertise in long-term care insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, senior care planning, home care services, and community placement.

She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) NYC Chapter for four years, and was a member of the ALCA welcoming committee for the NYC Chapter. She is dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate care options, whether through in-home services, geriatric care management, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care benefit coordination, ensuring they receive the most appropriate support for their individual needs.
